Program Overview
The purpose of the AppleFund Program is to support Authorized Apple Resellers in Apple advertising and promotional activities.
Significant changes have been made this year in response to your requests for a more flexible program.
The 1994 Program will begin November 1, 1993 and continue through September 30, 1994.
Highlights include:
•Monthly Advance Promotional Payments without submitting an AppleFund reimbursement claim.
•Six month AppleFund Marketing Plan required to participate in the program and qualify for monthly Advance Promotional Payments.
•Simplified guidelines making it easier for you to plan and use accrued dollars.
•Revised Apple Logo, Name, and Trademark Guidelines.
1993 AppleFund Transition
Dollars will be accrued following the fiscal year 1993 AppleFund Program Guidelines through October 29, 1993. There are two reimbursement options available to access these accrued dollars.
Option One:
Continue to submit claims for reimbursement as you do today. These claims will be audited according to the 1993 AppleFund Guidelines. This option provides you with continual access to your 1993 program dollars throughout the year.
Option Two:
Continue to submit claims through November 30, 1993. Remaining dollars will be equally divided and paid to you in December, February, and May. You can submit claims for your completed activities and have the remaining balance sent to you in three payments.
To select how you want to be reimbursed for dollars accrued under the 1993 program, simply complete the 1993 Fund Transition form and submit to AppleFund Headquarters.
Your 1993 Fund Transition form is due by December 1, 1993. If you do not submit a form, you will automatically receive three payments as specified in Option Two.
